Media Requirements

Specs for Video
  • At least 1080p
  • Formats that work are – MP4, MOV, 3GP, AAC, AVI, FLV, MPEG-2
  • Length restriction is 30 minute maximum
Specs for Images
  • JPG and PNG formats
  • Recommend a minimum of 500 px x 341 px with a maximum of 7360 px x 4912 px (landscape listed, but can flip number order and use in portrait)
  • 150 – 300 pixels/inch recommended
  • Note that portrait photo layouts may show a little wonky in the dashboard, but display fine when clicked on and shared/used (see image at bottom of email)
